What you can request
You may request the permanent deletion of your VibeCore account and all personal data associated with it.
This means your account will be removed from our systems, along with the data connected to your use of the app.

How to request account deletion
You can request the deletion of your account in one of the following ways:
🔸By email:
Send your request to:
vibecore.app.official@gmail.com
Please send the request using the same email address linked to your VibeCore account. This helps us verify your identity and process your request securely.
🔸In the app
You can also delete your account directly inside the app:
1- Go to your Profile
2- Tap Delete Account
3- Carefully read the warning message shown on screen
4- Enter your password to confirm your identity
5- Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account
Please note that this action is irreversible. Once confirmed, your account and data cannot be recovered.

What data will be deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
🔸 Account information such as your email address and user ID
🔸 App progress including Weeks, Stages, and streaks
🔸 Quiz responses and related preferences
🔸 Usage data linked to your account and activity inside the app
Once deleted, this information cannot be restored.

Deletion timeframe
Account deletion requests are processed within up to 7 days after the request has been verified.
In most cases, deletion is completed sooner.

Data that may be retained
VibeCore does not retain personal data after account deletion, except where retention is required by law, such as for billing, tax, or legal compliance purposes, where applicable.
