VibeCore offers digital content and subscription-based access to guided programs through its mobile application.

All payments and subscriptions are processed securely via third-party platforms, such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Because of this, refund requests are handled according to the policies of the platform where the purchase was made.

Subscription Payments

VibeCore provides access through recurring subscriptions (monthly, annual, or other plans as presented at the time of purchase).

When you subscribe:


🔸Payment is charged immediately upon confirmation

🔸Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

🔸Access to premium features begins instantly after payment


By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, all refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.

VibeCore cannot issue refunds for Apple purchases.

3- Select the subscription

4- Choose “Request a refund”

5- Follow Apple’s instructions
