VibeCore offers digital content and subscription-based access to guided programs through its mobile application.
All payments and subscriptions are processed securely via third-party platforms, such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Because of this, refund requests are handled according to the policies of the platform where the purchase was made.
2. Subscription Payments
VibeCore provides access through recurring subscriptions (monthly, annual, or other plans as presented at the time of purchase).
When you subscribe:
Payment is charged immediately upon confirmation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
Access to premium features begins instantly after payment
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
3. Refunds via Apple App Store
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, all refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.
VibeCore cannot issue refunds for Apple purchases.

Select the subscription
Choose “Request a refund”
Follow Apple’s instructions
Refund eligibility, approval, and processing are entirely determined by Apple’s policies.
4. Refunds via Google Play Store
If you purchased your subscription through Google Play, refund requests are handled according to Google’s refund policy.
To request a refund:

Select your purchase
Choose “Request a refund” (if available)
Follow Google’s instructions
Refund availability and approval are subject to Google Play’s rules and time limits.
5. EU Digital Content Notice
Under European Union consumer protection law, digital content that is delivered immediately may not be eligible for withdrawal or refund once access has begun.
By subscribing to VibeCore and gaining instant access to digital content, you expressly agree to:
Immediate delivery of digital content
The potential loss of the right of withdrawal, where applicable
This complies with Directive (EU) 2011/83 on consumer rights.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s subscription settings.
Cancellation:
Prevents future charges
Does not refund the current billing period
Allows continued access until the end of the active subscription period
Instructions for cancellation can be found in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
7. Free Trials (If Applicable)
If VibeCore offers a free trial:
No charge is made during the trial period
You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged
If not canceled, the subscription converts automatically into a paid plan
Free trials are subject to platform availability and terms.
8. Exceptions and Technical Issues
Refunds are not guaranteed and are not issued for:
Partial usage of a subscription period
Forgetting to cancel before renewal
Changes in personal circumstances
Dissatisfaction with content after use
